By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you as the customer and India Export Jewel as the manufacturer and seller.

Product Originality

Every India Export Jewel piece is handcrafted in our Jaipur workshops. Due to the artisanal nature of our production, minor variations in silver texture and natural gemstone inclusions are expected and celebrated as marks of unique craftsmanship.

Our silver products are certified 925 Sterling Silver, hallmarked with the BIS 925 stamp of purity.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this point, shipping preparations begin. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging.
